Refund & cancellation policy

We want every booking to feel risk-free. Here's how rescheduling, cancellations and refunds work. Contact us on WhatsApp or at er.alihemani@gmail.com with your name and booking details.

AI 101

AI 101 is free, so there's nothing to refund. If you can't make it, register for another day.

Specialist workshops (₹99)

• Can't attend? Tell us before the session starts and we'll move you to the next session of the same workshop at no cost.
• Once a session has started, the fee isn't refundable.

AI Mastery Bootcamp (₹9,999)

• Can't attend? Tell us before Saturday's session starts and we'll move you to a later weekend.
• If you attend and feel the bootcamp isn't for you, tell us and we'll refund your bootcamp fee in full.

Applied AI Fellowship with Private Mentoring

You pay only after you're accepted. Accepted applicants reserve their seat with ₹5,000, which is part of the full programme fee (not an extra charge), and pay the balance in four interest-free instalments due at the end of weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8 of their cohort. The refund terms, including for the reservation payment, are set out in your admission offer before you pay.

Add-ons

Digital add-ons (recordings, workbooks, templates, resource packs and certificates) are delivered electronically and aren't refundable once delivered. If an add-on doesn't arrive or doesn't work, tell us and we'll fix it or refund it.

If DIT cancels

If we cancel a session and you can't make the new date, you get a full refund, including GST and add-ons.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days, including the GST you paid.
