Terms of service

These terms apply when you book or attend any programme run by Digitalist Institute of Innovation & Technology ("DIT", "we"), Piramal Aranya, Mazgaon, Mumbai, through digitalist.co.in. By booking, you agree to them.

Programmes and prices

• AI 101 is free. Each specialist workshop is ₹99. The weekend AI Mastery Bootcamp is ₹9,999 for both days. The 12-week Applied AI Fellowship with Private Mentoring is ₹1,00,000 + GST. AI-Powered Digital Marketing is ₹29,999 including GST. GenZ-AI is ₹9,999 + GST.
• Prices exclude GST unless shown as "including GST". 18% GST is added at checkout, including on optional add-ons.
• Optional add-ons (recordings, workbooks, certificates, resource packs) are listed with their price before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Booking and attendance

• Each booking is for the specific session or weekend shown at checkout. A bootcamp booking covers both Saturday and Sunday of that weekend.
• Classes are taught live, mostly on Zoom, with some hybrid and in-person sessions at our centres. Joining details are sent by email and, if you opt in, WhatsApp.
• Your seat and joining link are for you only. Please don't share links or let others attend on your booking.
• Fellowship admission is by application and interview. Applying doesn't guarantee a place.

Changes by DIT

We may occasionally need to move a session because of illness, technical failure or events outside our control. If that happens, we'll tell you as early as we can and offer the next available session or a refund under our refund policy.

Course materials and recordings

• Slides, prompts, templates, workbooks and recordings are for your personal learning. Please don't resell, publish or redistribute them.
• Recordings are only provided where you've bought the recording add-on, or where a programme includes them (such as the Fellowship).
• Sessions may be recorded by DIT for these recordings and for quality. If you don't want to appear, keep your camera off.

Certificates

Certificates are issued in the name you give when booking, on completing the programme (and, for the Fellowship, the capstone). Where a certificate is an add-on, it's issued once the add-on is paid for.

Conduct

Be respectful to trainers and fellow learners. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session or harasses others, without a refund.

Third-party AI tools

We teach with tools made by other companies. Their availability, pricing and terms are theirs, not ours, and paid plans are not included in our fees. Results from AI tools vary; we teach methods, not guaranteed outcomes such as earnings or jobs.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
